General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vs98 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "user"). vs98 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, notify the support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. vs98 will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions unless it is proven that negligence occurred on the part of the platform.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on vs98: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete.

• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of fraud or unusual activity.
• If a withdrawal request is being processed, please wait before submitting another request.
• It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate account details.

Third-party payment service providers may be responsible for delays in payment processing, and vs98 is not liable in such cases.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

vs98 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, meaning the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

General Terms for Promotions

• Only one account per household or per device is eligible to receive a bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Selling, transferring or exchanging bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• vs98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.7%, Gold — up to 1.0%.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the vs98 platform are operated to technical standards that ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• No game outcome may be influenced by any external software or method.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• The rules for each game are detailed within that game's interface.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection, the platform's records will be considered final.

Sports Betting Guidelines

When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, the rules of the organising body must be followed. If a match is cancelled or suspended, vs98 will settle the related bets in accordance with its established policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs98 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Exploiting bonuses or gaining an advantage through manipulation.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

• Issues with the user's own device or network.
